I am a frequest user of these keyboard shortcuts in both Execl and Google Sheets. The Fill Down shortcut in Excel is Ctrl + D, and the shortcut works on Mac also. You can also use the Ctrl + Arrow keys to move between sheets. Simply hold down the Ctrl key and press either the Page Up or Page Down key to move to the previous or next sheet, respectively.

In both Excel and Google Sheets it is possilbe to do to jump to the last filled non-blank row or column in series of rows/columns which allows quick navigation around a spreadsheet. This shortcut is my go-to for quickly changing sheets in Excel.
